Objective: Autogenous bone ring implantation technology has achieved ideal results in the clinical treatment of 3d bone mass defect in implant bed.In this paper,an animal model of alveolar bone defect was established and heterogenous bone ring was implanted.The results of clinical and imaging indexes were statistically analyzed to evaluate the validity of the test samples and provide a technical reference for the clinical trials of heterogeneous bone ring samples.Methods: Three beagle dogs were selected to construct an animal model of alveolar bone mass defect.Three months later,the implant was performed with pre-formed heterogenous bone ring implantation.The control group was implanted with autologous bone ring at the implantation site,and the implant was implanted at the same time.Three months after the operation,the beagles were sacrificed for imaging examination,and the implant and surrounding bone tissues were intercepted.The bone specimens of each group were subjected to micro-computed tomography(Micro-CT)to observe the osteogenic effect.Results: Clinical observation and Micro-CT data showed that there was no significant difference between the implant preformed heterogenous bone ring and autologous bone ring after implantation.At the same time,there was no need to open up the bone extraction area in the initial implantation process,which greatly shortened the surgical treatment time and avoided bone trauma,thus achieving better initial stability.Three months after implantation,the bone grafting effect was stable and the bone increment effect was significant.There was no abnormal soft tissue in the implantation area,no infection and absorption in the bone grafting area,and there was no significant statistical difference compared with the osteogenic effect of autogenous bone ring.Conclusion: Preformed heterogeneous bone and bone rings have a more stable clinical effect in bone ring and simultaneous implantation techniques,and have the characteristics of reducing bone trauma and wide source of bone.
