Research Of Dai Medical Treatment Of Rheumatism Literature And Kang Langxiang Treatment Of Rheumatism Experience Based On Data Mining

Objective:1.In this study,the Traditional Chinese Medicine inheritance support system(TCMISS)was applied to summarize the common drugs and formula rules of Dai medicine in the treatment of rheumatism,so as to provide theoretical support better for it.2.We aim to sum up the experience of Kang Langxiang,a famous Dai medicine,in treating rheumatism,and inherit his academic thinking better,so that his syndrome differentiation,treatment ideas and the experience of prescriptions can be further popularized in clinical practice.Methods: 1.Using "Dai medicine","Dai herbs","rheumatism" and "arthritis" as the subject words,the retrieval options are "theme","accurate query".We searched,sorted out and summarized the domestic journal literature and related works on Dai medicine treatment of rheumatism from Chinese HowNet full-text database(CNKI),Wanfang academic journal full-text database,VIP journals database within times from 1999 to2019.Then,we explore the characteristics of Dai medicine in the treatment of rheumatism and the rules of herbs use.2.A total of 130 cases of rheumatism treated by Kang Langxiang were selected from 2008 to 2019.After the standardization of symptoms,syndromes and important names,the analysis of symptoms,drugs,rules of prescriptions and new prescriptions was conducted with the help of the "data analysis" module of TCMISS(v2.5).Results: 1.We screened out 224 prescriptions that meet the standards,275 herbs,and the most frequent medicines are jianghuang,sumu,sanyemanjing,heixinshu,etc.Four core herb combinations and 10 new formula candidates were obtained.2.Through the analysis of 130 selected cases,we found that the most common symptoms were: joint pain,joint swelling,morning stiffness,activity disadvantage,etc.The important herbs were sanyemanjing,xufengcao,xiaobogudan,heipidieda,etc.The four channels of liver,spleen,heart and kidney are the main channels of medicine.Common syndrome type is wind cold syndrome.Conclusion:1.The treatment of rheumatism in Dai medicine is expelling wind and dispersing cold,promoting blood circulation and alleviating pain.The pathogenesis of rheumatism is easy to change from Yang to heat,so it is often combined with herbs of clearing away heat and detoxification,detumescence and relieving pain.2.Kang Langxiang divides rheumatism into three types: wind cold syndrome,wind heat syndrome and wind dampness syndrome.
