Clinical Research On Treating Kidney Deficiency And Blood Stasis Type Polycystic Ovairan Syndrome With Chinese Medicine Installments Therapy And Clomiphene Citrate

Objective: Observe the effect of Chinese medicine installments therapy withClomiphene citrate treatment of kidney blood stasis Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS)clinical efficacy and to explore its mechanism.Methods:60patients diagnosed with PCOS, TCM kidney deficiency and blood stasistype of patients, the use of randomized controlled trials, divided into treatment group andcontrol group. The treatment group (30cases) given Chinese Medicine InstallmentsTherapy with clomiphene citrate therapy, the control group (30cases) to give westernmedicine clomiphene citrate, were treated for three menstrual cycles. Before and aftertreatment, clinical symptoms of patients with traditional Chinese medicine to improve thesituation, circumstances of pregnancy, cervical score changes, basal body temperature(BBT) and follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH), luteinizing hormone (LH), testosterone(T) values.Results: Use of traditional Chinese and western medicine therapy in the total curativeeffect of traditional Chinese medicine clinical symptoms improved compared, andpregnancy, before and after treatment is better than pure cervical score western medicinetherapy; Two groups in ovulation rate quite no significant difference (P>0.05); Aftertreatment, both groups can reduce PCOS patients serum LH, LH/FSH value, between thetwo groups after treatment in serum FSH,LH, LH/FSH value comparison, also havestatistically significant difference (P <0.05).Conclusion: Chinese medicine installments therapy with clomiphene citrate treatmentof kidney deficiency and blood stasis type of PCOS can effectively improve menstrual and clinical symptoms, can significantly reduce patients of LH, T, of LH/FSH increasesovulation, improve endocrine environment, and improve the pregnancy rate.
