Purpose: Through sorting and screening a lot of breathing medical hospital casesabout outpatients and inpatients in November2010during November2011in ShandongUniversity of traditional Chinese medicine first affiliated hospital, using a statisticalanalysis of the frequency, thus discuss and research of the drug laws of thermal lungdisease.Methods: Screening the cases from November2010to November2011of four kindsof lung diseases in Shandong University of traditional Chinese medicine first affiliatedhospital, classifying them by the theory of TCM, standard into four common respiratorydiseases. Collecting the cases that used thermal drug frequency statistics,summarizingthose who used the high frequency medicine by the classification of doing work.According to Chinese medicine diagnosis and regular patterns, making out the drug laws ofthermal lung disease.Results: Through the results of the study show that, each index has statisticallysignificant research meaning, the clinical research scheme is the innovation. In the text thedrug laws of heat medicine concluded are verified through the clinical symptoms andsyndrome differentiation.Conclusion：The research is studying of the hot medicine for cold syndrome, coldsputum, deficient cold syndrome to find out the drug laws. It is thought that cold sputum isthe most suitable syndrome who can use hot medicine, as the result shows, medicine usedfor cold phlegm have the most important place, besides, it can coordinated with divergentwind cold medicine and warmly invigorating spleen and kidney medicine. There’re alsoanother laws can be followed besides dialectical therapy. The laws above are about hotmedicine used for pulmonary system disease, they have kinds of clinical significance.
