The Research On Clinical Drug Laws In Treatment Lung Cancer And The Effect Of Qi Lian Fu Zheng Capsule On Immune Indexes Of A549 Cells

Objective:To sumarize the clinical drug laws of the contemporary literatures and my own tutor in the treatment of lung cancer,and to explore the effect of Qi lian fu zheng capsule on immune indexes of A549 cells.Methods:In the first part we collected the literatures which were published in CNKI medical network database before 2016 and estabsished the database named lung cancer prescriptions;In the second part,My teacher’s prescriptions were collected by following his clinacal practice in the outpatient service and then established the database named tutor’s lung cancer prescriptions.Thc statistical data software IBM SPSS 19.0 was used to process the Frequencies analysis and Cluster analysis and the basic drug laws were excavated by using the software Clementine 12.0 in the two parts.In the third part,After Preparation containing scrum and cultivating the cell line,MTT was performed to reveal the effect of Qi lian fu zheng capsule on A549 cell proliferation,And clisa was used to determinc the expression of IL-10 and TGF-β1 in each group.And the expression of IL-10、TGF-β1、Foxp3 mRNA were detected by RT-PCR.Results:Literatures studies:We collected 179 literatures which fitted the bill from 1990 to 2016,and they included 209 prescriptions and 238 herbs.The results show the high frequency drugs were radix astragali,rhizoma atractylodis macrocephalae,poria,radix ophiopogonis,radix glycyrrhizae,hedyois diffusa,radix codonopsis,rhizoma pinelliae,semen coicis and radix glehniae;The reinforcing drugs were mostly used,And the following were heat-clearing drugs,phlegm-expelling formula drugs and blood-activating drugs;The taste of the drugs used were mainly sweet,bitter and pungent,And the medicinal properties used were mainly plain,cold and warm,and the lung,spleen and stomach were the mostly used channel tropism;The main drug suits were hedyois diffusa and herba scutellariae barbatae,pericarpium citri reticulatae and thizoma pinelliae,radix glehniae and radix ophiopogonis,radix angelicae sinensis and rhizome chuanxiong,tamariskoid spikemoss herb and penciolovir gream.Clinical studies:There were 366 patients in our study,which included 560 items of prescriptions and 159 kinds of herbs.The high frequency drugs my tutor used were rhizoma paridis,radix glycyrrhizae,semen coicis,hedyois diffusa,radix scutellariae,radix pseudostellariae,radix peucedani,rhizoma cynanchi stauntonii,caulis perille and fructus hordei germinatus;The heat-clearing drugs were mostly used,And the following were reinforcing daugs,phlegm-expelling formula drugs and Qi-regulating drugs;The taste of the drugs my teacher used were mainly bitter,sweet and pungent,And the medicinal properties used were mainly warm,plain and cold,And the lung,stomach and spleen were the mostly used channel tropism;The main drug suits were rhizoma atractylodis macrocephalae and fructus aurantii immaturus,herba seu radix cirsii japonica and herba cirsii,pericarpium citri reticulatae and thizoma pinelliae,herba duchesnea indica and herba solani,rhizoma cynanchi stauntonii and radix peucedani,radix asteris and flos farfarae.Experimental studies:the serum contained Qi lian fu zheng capsule had some inhibition effect of proliferation on A549 cells,And it could inhibit the expression of IL-10、TGF-β1 and Foxp3 mRNA.Conclusion:1.The treatment of lung cancer was based on strengthening healthy Qi and eliminating pathogenic factors as a whole,And it corresponded with the physiological characteristics of the lung;2.Qi lian fu zheng capsule had a certain extent effect of anti-tumor,It was probably related to the down regulation of the expression of the suppressor immune indexes.
