Study On The Drug Laws Of The Excessive Anxiety State Based On The Ancient Literature

Object:Combing ancient literatures in Encyclopaedia of traditional Chinese medicineabout the excessive anxiety state,using the modern information tool"Traditional ChineseMedicine Inheritance Support System" and making analysis and summary. Digitizing thecases of the excessive anxiety state in literatures,discussing the laws of medicineapplication and providing ideas and method to treat the excessive anxiety state.Methods:Searching ancient literatures in Encyclopaedia of traditional Chinesemedicine about the excessive anxiety state,and according to the inclusion criteria to selecttarget literature, comb and summed the prescription，Traditional Chinese medicine anddisease about the excessive anxiety state,and establish a database.Then entry the"Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System",use the "statistical reportsystem" and "data analysis system" to discusse the drug laws about the excessive anxietystate, including the commonly used drugs, prescription rule, etc. And discover newprescriptions on this basis.Results:Establishment of ancient literature database about the excessive anxiety state,count the application of frequency, the types of drugs and Tropism of taste, and conductprescription law analysis and analysis of new prescriptions,statistics out of the usefrequency of the top20drugs, and10prescriptions of high frequency,extracting core drugs,through the analysis to discover24new prescriptions.Conclusion:The main drugs to treat the excessive anxiety state are qi-regulatingdrug,and the main therapeutic principle is regulating the movement of qi.Guipi decoction isthe prescription for treating the direct pathogenesis of the excessive anxiety state, andBanxia Houpu decoction is the prescription for treating the the basic pathogenesis of the excessive anxiety state.And summarizes the methods for the treatment of excessive anxietystate derived pathogenesis.This provides a new idea for the clinical treatment of excessiveanxiety state.
