Analysis Relevance Of Different Denis Type Of Compression Fracture And Treatment Effect Of Percutaneous Vetrebroplasty

Objective: To analyse the relevance of different Denis type of vertebral collapse andtreatment effect of percutaneous vertebroplasty.Methods: Selected202cases of data from October2009to Feb2012, and dividedinto1group (Ⅰ type fracture type group),2groups (Ⅱ type fracture),3groups (Ⅲ typefracture),4group (Ⅳ type fracture). Four groups of patients are through the percutaneousvertebroplasty treatment. To assess curative effect of four groups before and after treatmentwith surgery, the introduction of Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) and Roland-MorrisQuestion (RDQ) as curative effect evaluation standard. Analysing the datas of the patientsbefore and after surgery treatment between groups and in groups.Results: Patients with the Visual Analogue Scale (VAS), Roland-Morris Question(RDQ) score contrast there were no significant difference before treatment (P>0.05);After percutaneous vertebroplasty (PVP) treatment, there are a significant difference of thevisual simulation score (VAS) and Roland-Morris dysfunction in interclass (P <0.05); Tocontrast1group with2,3,4group after one week treatment,the Visual Analogue Scale(VAS) and Roland-Morris Question (RDQ) score has significant difference (P <0.05), after3months of VAS, RDQ score was no significant difference (P>0.05), after six months ofRDQ score was no significant difference (P>0.05); After one week,3months,6mouths,there was all no significant to contrast VAS and RDQ within2group,3group and4group(P>0.05).Conclusin:1. There have a obvious curative effect to treatment thoracolumbarosteoporotic fractures with Percutaneous vertebroplasty (PVP);2. Different types ofvertebral compression fracture influenced curative effect of Percutaneous vertebroplasty (PVP);3. The long-term curative effect of PVP wasn’t influenced by different types ofcompression fracture;4.Ⅰtype of compressed fractures of Denis was a pooreffects contrastⅡ, Ⅲ, Ⅳ type of compression fracture, WithinⅡ, Ⅲ, Ⅳ types of compression fracture,there are no difference.
