To Explore The Thoracolumbar Osteoporotic Compression Fractures Of Denis Classification Of Different Influence The Curative Effect Of Percutaneous Vertebral Plasty

Objective : To explore the thoracolumbar osteoporotic compression fractures of Denis classification of different influence the curative effect of percutaneous vertebral plasty.Method:The 2015 I wards were followed for osteoporotic spinal compression fractures were analyzed retrospectively, 151 cases and grouped, curative effect evaluation of all cases of data.Result:three types of vertebral plasty can effectively relieve pain, short mid-term curative effect is distinct, preoperative and postoperative significant differences(P < 0.05), compared to no difference between groups(P > 0.05); Denis parting type A fractures than any other group of pain relief effect is poor, statistically significant(P < 0.05), type B, C, D did not see the difference. PKP holds, Vesselplasty can restore vertebral body height, to a certain extent, improve the protrusion deformity after thoracolumbar, compared with PVP significant difference(P < 0.05), compared to no significant difference between groups; Denis parting type A fractures in the vertebral height restoration effect compared with other groups effect is poor, statistically significant(P < 0.05), no difference between the contrast between the other groups. Denis parting type A fractured bone cement leakage rate is higher, especially in the line of PVP treatment of cough up the highest rate, there are differences between the compared with other groups(P < 0.05).Conclusion:1. The percutaneous puncture vertebral plasty(PVP and PKP holds and prepare the pouch expansion) in the treatment of thoracolumbar osteoporotic compression fracture short mid-term clinical curative effect is distinct; 2. The percutaneous puncture vertebral plasty(PVP and PKP holds and prepare the pouch expansion) for Denis parting type A fractures short-term pain relief effect is worse type B, C, D; PKP holds, prepare the pouch Denis parting type A fractures treated by expanding short-term analgesic effect is good PVP; PKP holds, Vesselplasty percutaneous vertebral plasty can partly restore vertebral body height, decrease the rate of leakage of bone cement, clinical safety of relatively high PVP; Vertebral compression fractures Denis type B type fracture, fracture type D application PKP holds, Vesselplasty restore vertebral body height than other type effect is good, C type fractures followed, type A fracture height recovery is poor. 3. Denis parting vertebral compression fractures of type A fractured bone cement leakage rate is high, the application of PKP holds or Vesselplasty can effectively reduce the type A fractured bone cement leakage rate. 4.
