Clinical Observation Of Yishenpinggan Tisane’ Treatment Of60Cases Of Hypertensive Renal Damage

Purpose：This research through the monitoring of renal damage in hypertensionpatients before and after treatment of the associated symptoms and changes of kidney,calming the liver Decoction on hypertensive renal damage in patients with renal functionand blood pressure.Methods： Observation of60patients from the Second Affiliated Hospital ofShandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in2010October~2011Octoberinpatient and outpatient hypertension patients with early renal damage. According to thepatients randomly divided into treatment group and control group with30cases in eachgroup. Both groups were to be a basis for antihypertensive therapy, with plendil,5mg, oncedaily, oral control of blood pressure. The treatment group added Yishenpinggan tisanewhile the control group plus Huangkui capsules,30days for a course of treatment, andtwo groups were continuously treated with2courses.clinical symptoms and urinaryosmolality, urine trace albumin (mAlb),24h dynamic blood pressure change and otherindices of renal function were observed before and after treatment.Results：The treatment group of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms markedlyeffective rate was56.7%, the total efficiency of93.3%. Comparison of clinical effects oftwo groups, the treatment group were significantly higher than those in control group (P <0.05).The treatment group in improving the osmotic pressure, lower blood pressure, reduceurinary albumin, improve clinical symptoms (dizziness, headache, five upset hot) issuperior to the control group (P <0.01).Conclusion：Yishenpinggan tisane can significantly improve the hypertension patients with early renal damage of the main clinical symptoms and urine osmotic pressure andother important indicators.The clinical curative effect of Yishenpinggan tisane isremarkable in improving the efficacy of renal.
