Sugar KangFang III~IV Kidney Treatment Of DN Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Clinical Research

Objective: Through the observation of sugar kidney KangFang treatment of diabeticnephropathy (Ⅲ~Ⅳ period) qi deficiency and blood stasis clinical symptoms and thechange of the laboratory parameters, so as to effectively reduce the complications ofdiabetes, delay the development, explore effective treatment methods of diabeticnephropathy provide scientific theory.Methods: This study of diabetic nephropathy Ⅲ-Ⅳ period belongs to qi deficiencyand blood stasis60cases of patients, all the cases of shandong university of traditionalChinese medicine from the second affiliated hospital renal medicine during2008-2011outpatient and inpatient. Will all cases were randomized into control and the experimentalgroup each30cases. Both groups to give the same basic therapy, including diabeteseducation, DN diet, exercise, sugar comfortable flat30~120mg per day three times oforal, or insulin therapy; LuoTingXin,10mg1times daily oral. The experimental group andtake sugar kidney KangFang, day1agent, morning and evening two points on an emptystomach served warm.30days for a period of treatment, continuous treatment2treatment.Observe all cases before and after treatment of clinical symptoms and signs ofimprovement, and the fasting blood sugar (FBG), microalbuminuria, creatinine (SCr), andblood urea nitrogen (BUN), uric acid, since morning blood pressure is observed.Results: after treatment, the experimental group and control group total effective rateof83.3%and33.3%respectively, and the statistical analysis, P﹤0.05, with significantdifferences, explain the total effective rate than those in the control group. Theimprovement in clinical symptoms (god fatigue strength, eyelid, facial or lower limbswelling, lumbar debility, tongue dark ecchymosis, pulse sink astringent) is better than thecontrol group (P﹤0.01), in reducing microalbuminuria and blood urea nitrogen, serum creatinine, uric acid than in control group (P﹤0.05), and both groups can reduce sincemorning fasting blood glucose, blood pressure, and no significant difference (P﹥0.05).Conclusion: sugar kidney KangFang treatment of diabetic nephropathy Ⅲ-Ⅳdebility blood stasis syndrome of clinical curative effect is distinct, can significantlyimprove the clinical symptoms, in microalbuminuria and reduce serum creatinine, bloodurea nitrogen, uric acid, blood glucose also has the obvious curative effect. Explain hisown can adjust the glomerular filtration function, improve the kidney function, and slowdown the progress of the DN.
