Clinical Study Of Tangshenkang Drink Treating Early Type2Diabetic Nephropathy With Deficiency Of Qi And Yin With Blood Stasis Syndrome

Objective:Through the observation of treatment with the Yiqiyangyin、 Huoxuequyu recipe decoction on changes in Patients with early type2diabet nephropathy and hemorheology of research, clinical officacy and effect on the blood rheology, and the analyzes the type of pathogenesis of diabetic nephropathy of Yiqiyangyin、Huoxuequyu treatment of the disease mechanism.Through this study, not only to Provide a reliable clinical and theoretical basis for Chinese medicine to treat the early clinical diabetic nephropathy, as well as the further development of a renal Protective effects of traditional Chinese medicine to Provide new ideas and research base.Methods:60cases of inpatients with early type2diabetic nephropathy were selected and divided into two groups randomly(treatment group, controngroup),and were treated with Tangshenkang drink and Enalapril respectively for2months. The curative effect and Chinese medical syndromes were observed. Moreover,urinary-albumin-excretion-rate (UAER), fasting plasma glucose (FPG), post-prandial2-hour plasma glucose (2HPG), glucohemoglobin Alc(GHbAlc), blood lipid and the index level of blood rheology were measured and compared before and after treatment.Results:The total effective rate of Tangshenkang drink treating early type2diabetic nephropathy was93.3%while Chinese medical syndromes improvement rate was90.0%. Moreover, it decreased the levels of UAER,2HPG, GHbA1c, and blood lipid, and improved the index level of blood rheology, and all of above were more significantly enhanced compared with Chinese medicine control group and western medicine control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:Tangshenkang drink can improve clinical symptoms of early DN treatment of early type2diabetic nephropathy, can improve the clinical symptoms, reduce urinary protein excretion and lower blood glucose and lipids and blood viscosity, reduce kidney damage, and improving renal function, thereby delaying the DN development, and improve patients’ quality of life, and its mechanism may be related to the improvement of the hypercoagulable state, to improve the glomerular basement membrane filtration. Provide reliable clinical theoretical basis for this study, not only for Chinese medicine, prevention and treatment of early diabetic nephropathy, and to provide new ideas and research base for the further development of the renal protective effects of traditional Chinese medicine.
