| Purpose：This topic monitors Diabetic nephropathies（DN）patients＇changes inrelevant symptoms and indicators before and after treatment to explore Tangshenkanggranules＇advantages of DN patients＇renal blood flow,renal function,blood sugar andblood lipid.Methods：A total of60patients observed are hospitalized patients in my hospital inNovember2010~November2011,who meet in the internationally recognized scholar ofDenmark Mogensen of the scientific diagnostic criteria for diabetic nephropathy（III，IV）.The experimental group were randomly divided into experimental group and controlgroup.Both groups were requested to be low-sugar,low-fat and low protein diet,andsubcutaneousing Novolin30R to control blood glucose2times a day.The experimentalgroup were given Tangshenkang granules while the control group were treated withGinkgo leaf Tablets. Course of treatment were2months. Clinical symptoms and Renalblood flow，serum creatinine（Scr）,blood urea nitrogen（BUN）,blood sugar（BS）,lipidsand other changes were observed before and after treatment.Results：The experimental group are significantly better than the control group inimproving the clinical symptoms of drinking more than thirst,frequenting urinationquantity,limbing edema and limping waist and knees,improving renal blood flow and theBS,BUN（P<0.01）.Conclusion：Tangshenkang granules has a significant effect in improving the mainclinical symptoms and it has a significant effect in improving renal blood flow，renalfunction and regulating blood sugar and blood lipid. |
