| Objective: To oberseve the clinical effect of the Zishuiqingganxifeng Decoction toCarotid Artery Atherosclerotic Plaque and explore its mechanism of effect. Methods:60cases of carotid atherosclerosis with the type of defieiency of kidney and hyperactivity ofliver-fire were randomly divided into treatment group(30cases)and control group(30cases).The treatment group was dosed at Zishuiqingganxifeng Decoction and5mgRosuvastatin Tablets.And the control group was dosed at5mg Rosuvastatin Tablets.Thetreatment cycle is six months.The changes of laboratory indexes that including IMT,plaquescore,TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C,blood pressure，Hs-CRP and clinical symptom were observedbefore and after treatment in both groups. Results: In the treatment group,the totaleffective rate of meliorating symptoms and the remarkable rate were respectively90.00%and60.00%,which were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Carotid artery IMT,plaque score compared with before treatmentwas significantlyreduced(P<0.05). The level of TC,LDL-C,TG was statistically decreased,and the level ofHDL-C were statistically increased,which were statistically different compared with thoseof the control group(P<0.05). The level of SBP and DBP were statisticallydecreased,which were statistically different compared with those of the controlgroup(P<0.05). At the same time,the level of Hs-CRP was statistically decreased,whichwas statistically different compared with those of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:The method of Zishuiqingganxifeng is a safe and effective method of treatment of CarotidArtery Atherosclerotic Plaque.At the same time,it can improve the blood fat metabolismmess and degrade blood pressure. |
