The Clinical Studies Of QiDongFuGan Mixture’s Anti-hepatic Fibrosis

Objectiive:To observve and evaluation the clinical effect ofQiDongFuGan mixture in treating hepatic fibrosis, and to search for thepossible mechanism. Method:80patients with chronic hepatitis b patients withmild, moderate and early cirrhosis randomly divided into trial group andcontrol group, take QiDOngFuGan mixture and DaHuangZheChong pill respectivelyfor180days, observe and compare the changes of liver tissue pathology,serology and imaging of the two groups pre-and post-treatment,through therelevant statistics analysis,discuss the clinical curative effect ofanti-hepatic fibrosis and the possible mechanism. Result: The TCM symptomssignificant efficiency of QiDOngFuGan mixture is65.85％, the total effectiverate is90.24％;and it can effectively improve the related indexof liverfibrosis,there was significant difference between trial group and controlgroup（P<0.05）. Conclusion:Qiyinliangxu and Yureneijie is importantpathogenesis of hepatic fibrosis;Yiqiyangyin and Quyuqingre is theeffective treatment of hepatic fibrosis; QiDOngFuGan mixture can effectivlyprevent and treat liver fibrosis, clinical curative effect is clear. Maybethe mechanism involve reduc inflammation of the liver， reduc thesynthesis while increase the degradation of the ECM，and inhibit theactivation and proliferation of HSCs.
