JiaWeiFangji Dihuang Decoction On The Treatment Of(Deficiency Of Heart Yin, Blood Stasis And Heat Within The Node) Type Of Generalized Anxiety Disorder Clinical Curative Effect Observation

Objective: to explore the JiaWeiFangji Dihuang Decoction in the treatment ofinsomnia curative effect observation on GAD of Deficiency of heart Yin, blood stasis andheat within the node Methods: Randomly divided the60cases which met theinclusion criteria, generalized anxiety disorder patients into two groups,the Experimentalgroup is JiaWeiFangji Dihuang Decoction group,contain30cases, the Control groupis Qingnao Fushen liquid group contain30cases, Each of the2groups using thecorresponding drugs clinical treatment, the Course of treatment is4weeks. HAMA andthe scale of TCM symptoms were applied to measure the treatment effect. Results:According to the Improvement rate Of HAMA,we can find that the total effectiverate of Experimental group was93.33%, the therapeutic evaluation and greater was86.67%,the total effective rate of comparative group was80.67%, the therapeuticevaluation and greater was16.67%． The effectbetween2groups had significantdifference(p<0．05)．2. Comparison of the HAMA total score and each component, twogroups have significant differences in overall efficacy, The experimental group wassuperior to control group(P <0.05).3. Comparison of Chinese medicine clinical symptomscore, the experimental group in improving symptoms scores was better than thecontrol group(P <0.01).Conclusion: JiaWeiFangji Dihuang Decoction can effectivelyimprove the patients’anxiety symptoms, about insomnia and dreaminess, dizziness,forgetfulness, pulsating headache, dry mouth, burning heat, night sweats and otheraccompanying symptoms also has obvious curative effect.we can find thatJiaWeiFangji Dihuang Decoction on the treatment of generalized anxiety disorder has a better clinical applicability.
