Objective: To investigate the effect of gan-shen-kang powder treating hepatitis Bvirus associated glomerulonephritis of spleen and kidney deficiency and wet and poisonattack on the basis of western medicine treatment. To explore the mechanism of combiningtraditional Chinese and western medicine treating hepatitis B virus associatedglomerulonephritis and lay the foundation for further improvement.Methods:50patients with hepatitis B virus associated glomerulonephritis of spleenand kidney deficiency and wet and poison attack were divided into2groups at random,each group is25cases. The control group were treated with basic medicine, while theexperimental treatment group were treated with basic medicine and the decoction ofgan-shen-kang. The course of treatment is2months. We would observe the subjects oflaborary examination before and after experiment, recorded the change of patients’clinical symptoms, at last observed the curative effects.Results:1、There is no difference in the two groups of clinical symptoms beforetreatment;hepatitis B virus associated glomerulonephritis Chinese quantitative score: Theobviously effective ratio of experimental group is56%, the effective ratio36%,the totaleffective ratio is92%, the total effective ratio of control group is60%;there was asignificant difference symptoms and signs of the experimental group and control grouppatients before and after treatment;after treatment, the comparison between groups, has theremarkable difference.2、Experimental group and control group in improving the hepatitisB virus associated glomerulonephritis remission rate was no significant difference.3、Withthe control group, experimental group decreased proteinuria and increased serum albuminslightly better. Conclusion: The treatment of hepatitis B virus associated glomerulonephritis ofspleen and kidney deficiency and wet and poison attack with basic medicine and thedecoction of gan-shen-kang can significantly improve the clinical performance.
