| Objective:Through clinical observation of Qilou nephritis Decoction in the treatment of qi deficiency and collateral stagnation, rheumatism attack kidney type chronic glomerular nephritis proteinuria, and its influence on serum heparanase, evaluating the proteinuria efficacy and safety of Qilou nephritis party treatment chronic nephritis, and exploring its mechanism.Methods : Selection in May 2013 to March 2015 in heilongjiang province hospital urology department in hospital and clinic of traditional Chinese medicine, 90 cases of patients with chronic glomerulonephritis proteinuria,using randomized controlled principle, divided into Chinese medicine group, the medicine group, the Chinese medicine medicine joint group, 30 cases in each group, Chinese medicine group was given stilbene cricket nephritis treatment, medicine group was given zhengqin Feng Tong Ning treatment, joint group was given stilbene cricket nephritis and zhengqin Feng Tong Ning piece treatment, treatment for 12 weekss. To observe and evaluate the 3 groups before and after treatment of TCM syndrome integral, urinary protein analysi+sediments, 24 h urine protein, quantitative change of the liver and kidney function, blood lipids, and enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)method to detect the serum heparan changes of the enzyme before and after treatment.Results:1 Qilou nephritis group(Chinese medicine group), Zhengqingfengtongning tablets group(medicine group), Nephritis of Qilou Decoction +Zhengqingfengtongning tablets group(combined group) for the treatment of chronic nephritis patients’ TCM syndrome total effective rate were 83.33%, 67.86%, 90.00%, Chinese medicine group and combination group were significant difference compared with medicine group(P <0.05), Chinese medicine group and joint effect quite(P>0.05); 2 Qilou nephritis group(Chinese medicine group), Zhengqingfengtongning tablets group(medicine group), Nephritis of Qilou Decoction+Zhengqingfengtongning tablets group(combined group) for the treatment of chronic nephritis patients’ TCM syndrome total effective rate were 76.67%, 78.57%, 93.33%, a Chinese medicine group and medicine group(P>0.05), combination group(P<0.05); 3 Qilou nephritis group(Chinese medicine group), Zhengqingfengtongning tablets group(medicine group), Nephritis of Qilou Decoction +Zhengqingfengtongning tablets group(combined group)were can reduce the 24 h urine trace albumin/creatinine, urine protein, serum heparan quantitative enzyme content, Chinese traditional medicine group and medicine group(P > 0.05)effect, joint group effect is most obvious(P < 0.05); 4 Three groups of liver andkidney function, blood lipids, blood glucose, blood routine before and after treatment comparison were no obvious difference(P > 0.05);Conclusion: 1. Qilou nephritis Decoctions can improve the clinical symptoms of TCM,reduce urinary protein excretion, and no obvious adverse reaction, treatment of chronic nephritis with good effect.2. Qilou nephritis Decoctions may improve charge filtration barrier function by reducing the content of serum heparanase, thereby reducing proteinuria of chronic nephritis. |
