| Objective: To explore a united arthroplasty of treating Developmental Dislocation ofthe Hip(DDH), to observe the clinical effect and to discuss some related problems. Method:We take modified Pemberton arthroplasty treatment combined with SubtrochantericRotation Shortening and varus Osteotomy, dissection and diaplasis which is assisted withfunction training on selected cases. By conducting the clinical research, we analyze thecauses of complications and sum up the experience after evaluating postoperative functionand imaging manifestations according to standard of perfection put forward by ZhouYongde and Ji Shijun. Results: Among the115hips (91DDH patients) that received unitedarthroplasty treatment, there are84cases evaluated excellent (scores of30-26),16fine(scores of25-21),13passing (scores of20-16) and2failure (scores of15-11). Theexcellent and fine rate is86.95ï¼…. Conclusions: The united arthroplasty treatment is aneffective and reliable method on treating Developmental Dislocation of the Hip (DDH). Itcan completely release acetabulum, correct deformity of hip joint and restore hipanatomy. The right surgical opreation and postopreative treatment are crucial to thesatisfying clinical curative effect and the reduction of the postoperative complications. |
