Objective: To explore a united arthroplasty of treating Developmental Dislocation of the Hip, observing clinical effect and discuss some related problem. Method: The hip were performed of united arthroplasty of hip to open reduction, modifying proximal femoral dysplasia and acetabuloplasty. To deepen cetabulum , we turned over the external ilium lamnia as a hinging graft covering on the femoral head when performing ilium otomy. At the ilium otomy, a dissociate cancellous bone was wedged on the plasted acetabuloplasty for stabling it (Improved pemberton) , For purpose of correcting the increased antervertion of upper end of the fematur, derotatively subtrochanteric ostetomy was necessary and 1-1.5 long bone was excisedand place it on the cancellous bone graft wedged on the turmed acetabulum .Result:Using the modifying Pemberton, the X-ray and clinical findings demonstrate that proximal femoral arthroplasty is beneficial for a stable reduction of DDH.
