Three Methods For The Combined Arthroplasty Treating Of Developmental Dislocation Of Hip In Children

Objective: To make a search for a united arthroplasty of treating Developmental Dislocation of the Hip, to observe the essential effect and to talk about some related problems.Method:We take improved Pemberton arthroplasty treatment combined with Subtrochanteric Rotation Shortening and varus Osteotomy, dissection and diaplasis which is assisted with function training on selected cases. By conducting the essential research,we dear with the causes of complications and sum up the experience after evaluating postoperative function and imaging manifestations according to standard of perfection put forward by Zhou Yongde and Ji Shijun.Results: Among the 60 hips(72 DDH patients) that accepted united arthroplasty treatment, there are 49 cases evaluated excellent(scores of 30-26), 14 fine(scores of 25-21), 5 passing(scores of 20-16) and 4 failure(scores of 15-11). The excellent and fine rate is 87.23%.Conclusions: The united arthroplasty treatment is an reliable and effective method on treating Developmental Dislocation of the Hip. It can release acetabulum, correct deformity of hip joint and restore hip anatomy. The primary opreation and postopreative treatment are crucial to the satisfying clinical curative effect and the reduction of the postoperative complications.
