| Purpose: Through the observation Dingchouzhijing soup treating Toureetes with oral western medicine tiapridaltablet (brand name: hydrochloric acid sulfur mainly the tablets) will be compared, observe the advantageous of Dingchouzhijing soup.Method: the treatment group: give Dingchouzhijing soup oral, 3 times per day, 12weeks oral administration to a course of treatment. Control group: give tiapridaltablet 50mg/d, two times per day, 12weeks oral administration to a course of treat- ment.Results: Dingchouzhijing soup in adenoid total effective 30 cases (93.33%), treat with a control group of 30 cases of Toureetes (total effective for 76.67%), the statistical analysis, both have significance (P <0.05)。Conclusion: that Dingchouzhijing soup in symptom caused by Toureetes, form,frequency,intensity, better than the control group. This study provided for clinical safety, convenience, with its comprehensive pharmacodynamic new medicines, the treatment of children with Toureetes, worth promoting. |
