Clinical Observation On Treatment Of IgA Nephropathic (Spleen And Kidney Deficiency Type) With Jipi Yishen Decotion

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Jianpi Yishen Decoction in the treatment of patients with IgA nephropathy,hoping to provide reference for clinical treatment of IgA nephropathy.Method:We selected 46 patients with IgA nephropathy to giveJianpi Yishen Decoctionfor treatment.The course of treatment was 3 months.And then we observed the changes ofTraditional Chinese Medicinesymptom integral,urine protein,urine sediment red blood cell count,24-hour urinary protein,plasma albumin,serum creatinine,uric acid,serum cystatin C and other laboratory indexesbefore and after the treatment.The change of the grading and prognosis of IgA nephropathy system integration was also observed.Finally we use SPSS 17.0 to carry on statistical analysis.Results:1.After the three-month treatment,the synthesis efficiency of the 46 patients with IgA nephropathy in the clinical observationwas 84.78%.Chinese medicine symptom curative effect of the total effective rate was 93.48%,TCM symptom scorewas significantly better than that before treatment(P<0.05).2.After treatment,urine protein,urinary sediment microscopy red blood cell count,24-hour urinary protein,serum cystatin C,systolic blood pressure were significantly decreased and plasma albumin was increased(P<0.05).However,serum creatinine and uric acid changed without statistics significance(P>0.05).3.Prognostic score for IgA nephropathy reduced significantly after the treatment(P<0.05).Conclusions:1.Jianpi Yishen Decoction can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of IgA nephropathy patients.2.Jianpi YishenDecoction can significantly reduce levels of IgA nephropathy patients' hematuria and proteinuria and raise the level ofplasma albumin.3.Jianpi Yishen Decoction can decrease serum cystatin C,and improve the function of early decline in renal.4.Jianpi Yishen Decoction can decrease Prognostic score for IgA nephropathy,and reduce the risk of the disease progression to ESRD.
