A Clinical Study On The Correlation Between The Surative Effect Of Zhuyuxingqi Decoction And Hcy Crp On Stableangina Pectoris

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Zhuyuxingqi decoction in patients with stable angina pectoris(qi stagnation and blood stasis),and the influence on Homocysteine and C-reaetive protein.Methods:The test select the severity level of the angina pectoris LevelⅠ～Ⅲstable angina pectoris TCM qi stagnation and blood stasis patients60cases.60patients with CHD were divided into three groups.30patients in control group were given conventional anti-anginal western medicine,the treatment group took Zhuyuxingqi decoction150ml orally twice a day;course of treatment is28days.The changes of clinical symptoms and laboratory indexes in all patients were observed before and after treatment.Results:1、After treatment,the symptoms of angina efficacy,the efficacy and integration of TCM symptoms,ECG,effect of nitroglycerin stop minus have improved significantly(P<0.05);in addition to ECG efficacy between the two group no significant different(P>0.05),the remaining results were significantly different(P<0.05).2、In the both group,the level of HCY、CRP were significantly reduced(P<0.05).After treatment,comparison of the treatment group of HCY、 CRP levels were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:1、Zhuyuxingqi decoction can significantly reduce the level of HCY、CRP in patients with stable angina pectoris.2、Zhuyuxingqi decoction can significantly improve angina symptoms、 TCM symptoms、reduce the amount of nitroglycerin in patients with angina pectoris qi stagnation and blood stasis,effect than simply the WM group significantly.
