| Objecttive:To observe the clinical efficacy of Xiaoyao Tongmai Decoction in the treatment of coronary heart disease with stable angina pectoris(qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome),to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of Xiaoyao Tongmai Decoction in the treatment of coronary heart disease with stable angina pectoris,and to provide a basis for clinical application.Methods: A total of 48 patients with stable angina pectoris(qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome)of coronary heart disease were included in this study.The enrollment period was from June 2020 to January 2021.All subjects were treated with Xiaoyao Tongmai Decoction for a total of 4 weeks.The overall efficacy was analyzed and compared based on the changes in the efficacy of angina pectoris,TCM syndrome efficacy,nitroglycerin stopping rate,Seattle Angina Pectoris Scale score and safety indicators before and after treatment and follow-up period in all subjects.Result:1.A total of 48 cases were included,3 cases were dropped,45 cases were statistically analyzed after treatment,5 cases were lost to follow-up during the1-month follow-up period after treatment,and a total of 40 cases were counted.2.Angina pectoris curative effect: Compared with before treatment,the total angina pectoris scores of patients after treatment and follow-up period are significantly reduced,which is statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the total effective rate of angina pectoris is 91.11%,and the effective rate during follow-up period 85.56%,there was no significant difference between the two(P>0.05).3.Efficacy of TCM syndromes: Compared with before treatment,the total scores of TCM syndromes of patients after treatment and follow-up period were significantly reduced,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the total effective rate of TCM syndromes reached86.67%.The effective rate of follow-up was 77.50%,and there was no significant difference between the two(P>0.05).4.Nitroglycerin stop rate: After treatment and follow-up period,the use of nitroglycerin was improved compared to before treatment.After treatment,the nitroglycerin stop rate reached 82.22%,and the stop rate during follow-up period was 72.50%.There was no significant comparison between the two Difference(P>0.05).5.Quality of life analysis: The analysis of statistical software showed that the SAQ scores of patients after treatment and follow-up were significantly improved compared with those before treatment,with statistical significance(P<0.05).6.Safety indicators: The blood routine,liver and kidney functions of patients before and after treatment were not significantly changed,and there was no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.Xiaoyao Tongmai Decoction can effectively relieve the symptoms of angina pectoris and TCM syndromes in patients with stable angina pectoris(qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome)of coronary heart disease.2.Xiaoyao Tongmai Decoction can improve the use of nitroglycerin and the quality of life in patients with stable angina pectoris(qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome). |
