Objective To study the expression patterns of ER and P450arom in the ectopic and eutopic endometrium with adenomyosis and the normal endometrium without estrogen-dependent disorders. To elevate whether ER and P450arom, P450arom and some clinical parameters are significently correlated. Methods Normal endometrium and uterine with adenomyosis obtained by hysterectomy or diagnotic dilatation and curettage, excised were used. ER and P450arom immunohistochemistry was performed with the use of specific monoclonal antibodies. Make a summary of the clinical data of the patients with adenomyosis. To analysis the relationship between P450arom and some clinical parameters. Results ER and P450arom expressed respectively in the nucleus and cytoplasm of glandular cells and stroma in eutopic, ectopic and normal endometrium. P450arom was...
