In January2005, health ministry make issued a "the disease prevention and control system of the construction of some provisions". At present, all provinces and cities are pay high attention to the construction of disease prevention and control system, domestic institution of disease prevention and control for the health examination resources related research has more and more are from different aspects related to the research and evaluation.There are157centers for disease control and prevention in Shandong province, including1provincial,17municipal, and139counties.95independent of the centers for disease control, the rest of1place municipal agencies (Dezhou) and61county agencies still retain health supervision function. In recent years, Shandong province pay high attention disease control system, the public health implementation of disease prevention and control system, and infectious disease treatment system construction, AIDS network laboratory, plan immune cold chain equipment, and Flu network laboratory construction projects, etc. CDC has larger overall appearance change. By researching the Shandong province of institution of disease prevention and control the ability of laboratory tests related research, expect to know the present status in Shandong province disease prevention and control center, and puts forward relevant policy Suggestions.OBJECTIVESThis study expected to know exactly what the institution of disease prevention and control health resource allocation situation by the investigation, assessing the inspection ability. Still can’t satisfy the people’s health needs of prevention, major disease early warning and disposal ability and predict public health hazard factors monitoring capacity remains to be further promoted. So improve the understanding, strengthen the leadership, earnestly implement the "prevention first" policy, strengthen the construction of institution of disease prevention and control ability, promoting of institution of disease prevention and control laboratory standardization construction, configuration must equipment and training technical backbone, strengthening policies and measures to reform the system, and stimulate internal energy, improve the management mechanism, ensure complete public health mission, strengthen the social service properties.
