It’s reported in literature that domestic literature reports about piberty in patients with Gynaecomastia, covered for30%-40%of puberty male or adult male30%-40%, and32%-65%for foreign male groups in the incidence of by32%-65%. Due to the size of defects in body, Gynaecomastia in patients in Gynaecomastia with fall into psychological stress and heavy spirit burdens, and often feel depressed and anxious. At present, many research institutions at home and abroad begin to pay attention to the disease research. Usually in newborn babies and adolescent GYN is short, and is benign, but occur in young, middle-aged before puberty, the GYN is that is not normal, it needs further examination exclude breast cancer or other breast disease. Newborn babies and adolescence short GYN don’t need treatment, but adolescent GYN has influence of teenagers mental development. LiuChen etc [4] of65patients had GYN do psychological questionnaire survey and found that patients often GYN with depression and anxiety, particularly in the teenage patients.Plastic and cosmetic surgery can correct physical defects for patients in Gynaecomastia, recover the patient’s confidence and normal psychological state.Purpose Discussion on GYN type, classification, operation method, the evaluation of various operation methods advantages and disadvantages, for the future in the clinical course of treatment according to different types of choosing the right operation methods to lay the foundation.Method Selected clinical representative GYN case41cases, excluded1patients with breast cancer cases, the remaining cases according to Simon classification classification. Class Simon Ⅰ in11cases, Simon ⅡA5cases, Simon ⅡB8cases, Simon Ⅲ16cases. On the class Simon Ⅰ, Simon ⅡA and Simon ⅡB levels were18cases of areola edge arc incision subcutaneous breast tissue resection. Another part of both breast hyperplasia, and adipose tissue development in patients with stage Simon ⅡB and Simon Ⅲ level in patients with21cases using a double standard double Tifa breast plastic surgery.
