| Objective To discuss the pathologic mechanism andpreventive measure.Methods 29 cases of acute pancreatitis after Operation onabdominal region, in second affiliated hospital of Zhejianguniversity college of medicine were analyzed to know the history,Operation, operation after operation, incidence.Result 10 cases was after laparoscopic cholecystectomy, 6 casesafter cholecystectomy and bile commen duct drainage, 6 cases aftergastric carcinoma radical resection.Conclusion obstruction of biliary tract and counter-flow,mechanical injury, pancreas ischemia and Hypoperfusion,infection is the major etiological factor of postoperative acutepancreatitis. We should avoid and control them to degrade theincidence. |
