Study On The Psychopath’s Rights Problems In China

A country’s level of social security can reflect the country’s social civilization, while thevulnerable groups’ level of social security often able to directly reflect the country’s socialsecurity level. In a country’s security system, if the vulnerable groups’ problems are not valuedby the country and integrated into the center of the social security system as a whole, thecountry’s social security system is not complete and perfect, and the function will get half theresult with twice the effort. In China, psychopath is a kind of vulnerable groups and the numberis increasing. However at present, China’s social security system don’t bring it into the specialprotection system just like the group of persons with disabilities.Psychopaths’ social security affected by all factors of law, medical treatment and nationalmanagement. At present, China has been included the mental health into the public healthcategory. Our country has strengthened the construction of the psychopaths’ medical institutionsand explored of prevention, treatment and rehabilitation of mental illness. However, the input isstill not enough and the effect is not obvious. This paper hope to put forward some views in theaspect of building the psychopaths’ security mechanism to contribute to the stability andharmony of the society. To protect the rights and interests of the psychopaths’ is what we shouldpay more attention to constructing the harmonious society and embodying the people-orientedgoverning idea. Well practice and exploration on the psychopaths’ social security will have agood and far-reaching impact on the harmonious development of the community.
