Objectives:To learn the status of job burnout among staff in nationalize businessand its influencing factors for providing evidences of corresponding policies to effectit in Hengyang.Methods: Questionnaires of job burnout were implemented for staff in fournationalize business by using cluster and random sampling.The influence of jobburnout factors single factor analysis is rank test and simple correlation analysismethod,Multivariate analysis using multivariate linear regression.Results: Severe job burnout’s incidence rate of nationalize business in Hengyangrespectively was EE(29.1%),DP(68.3%),PA(92.1%);The score of three aspectsof ob burnout respectively were: EE scored was21,in moderate levels of burnout,DPand PA scores of DP and PA respectively were11,20,in severe burnout level;Theresult of single factor analysis showed that job burnout of male employee is higherthan female on DP dimension(P﹤0.05); Job burnout in the PA, DP were statisticallysignificant on4stage of age.(P﹤0.05); job burnout scored in marital there statuswere the different in EE and PA were statistically significant.(P﹤0.05); The divorcehighest degree if job burnout in PA job burnout scored because of the differentcultural level in EE and PA were statistically significant (P﹤0.05), Employees ofdifferent work experience in three dimensions of burnout score differences werestatistically significant(P﹤0.05); The score of different titles employee werestatistically significant on the burnout of EE and DP in two dimensions (P﹤0.05);Different types of job burnout score were statistically significant of EE andDP(P<0.05); burnout scores of different employment properties were statisticallysignificant differences in three dimensions(P <0.05); Whether was one child of differences score were statistically significant in three dimensions; Annual income inthe three dimensions of burnout score differences were statistically significant;Income level of employees of the cognitive score was no significant difference in thethree dimensions of burnout(P﹥0.05);The benefits of state-owned enterprise staffburnout on the score difference were statistically significant between EE and PA twodimensions(P <0.05).Source of stress and burnout show that there might exist positive correlationbetween total score and EE(P <0.05); Existence of a negative correlation with thePA(P <0.05);There was a positive correlation between workload score and EE(P<0.05);Existence of a negative correlation between workload score and the PA(P<0.05); There is a negative correlation between work environment and PA(P<0.05);There was positive correlation between the total score of employee and EE andDP(P <0.05); Existence of a negative correlation with the PA(P<0.05);There waspositive correlation between total score and the EE and DP (P <0.05); existence of anegative correlation with the PA(P <0.05).Analysis showed that Impact of job burnout in EE dimension for Employmentnature Gender Marital status Whether was the one-child age Education AccumulatedWork Experience Titles Annual income Insurance Workload score Workingenvironment score and Management score; Impact of job burnout in DP dimensionfor Marital status Whether was the one-child age;Insurance and Management score.Impact of job burnout in PA dimension for Marital status Whether was the one-childAnnual income Whether the main source of enterprise income, the total score ofprofessional work, the score of the work environment, employee Total Managementscore.Conclusion: The state-owned enterprises in Hengyang City, the burnout rate,especially severe personal accomplishment aspects of burnout rate as high as92.1%;the pressure level of the state-owned enterprise workers between the general andhigher. Gender, nature of employment, type of work, marital status, education level,work experience, job title, age, and pressure conditions is the burnout variables. State-owned enterprise workers the greater the pressure, the higher the state ofoccupational tired, a positive correlation exists between them.
