[objective]To investigate two city personnel engaged in immunization programmes of job burnout current situation and influencing factors,and put forward to improve or reduce the basic professional group job burnout's advice,give full play to the immune planning staffs work enthusiasm,improve their provide public health services to the masses of the people level,based on the stratified cluster sampling method was adopted to select two municipal and county level 614 workers engaged in the work of immunization programmes for empirical research.[method]Data were collected mainly through questionnaires.The questionnaire consists of two parts:one is the general demographic survey;The second is the mbi-gs universal scale revised by Ii chaoping et al.The general demographic survey mainly includes the basic information,working conditions,office environment,working status,social factors and personal emotions of the respondents.Epi Data3.1 was used for data entry,and SPSS23.0 was used for general statistical description analysis to study the influencing factors of job burnout.[results]The survey results show that 83.30%of respondents in kunming have different degrees of burnout.Among them,52.20%had mild burnout,25.10%had moderate burnout,and 6.0%had severe burnout.The influencing factors of job burnout of immunization planners in kunming are:whether they are competent for their own work,the degree of support from leaders for their own work,the degree of recognition from leaders for their own work,and whether their families support them in their work.The influence factors of emotional exhaustion is:age,marital status,whether or not insomnia,sleep time,working years,job title,job preparation,service radius,monthly income,many departments with floor outside the office environment,often work overtime,leading to their acceptance work,leadership in their work support degree,department personnel quantity,the weather affect the mood at work,whether voluntary engaged in labor,is willing to choose to do the labor again,pay satisfaction.The influencing factors of depersonalization are:insomnia,sleeping time,working years,communication with colleagues,overtime work,leaders' recognition of their own degree,leaders' support of their own degree,the number of staff in the department,the impact of weather on work mood,whether they are willing to engage in their own work,salary satisfaction.The influencing factors of low sense of achievement are:the cooperation atmosphere of colleagues,the degree of support from leaders,and the degree of recognition from leaders.Changchun respondents have 63.80%of people have different degrees of burnout.Among them mild burnout has 41.0%,moderate burnout has 16.50%,severe burnout has 6.30%.The influencing factors of job burnout of immunization planners in changchun city are:means of transportation to workThe influence factors of emotional exhaustion is:the degree,whether the bad habits,insomnia,sleep time,the office department colleagues in floor outside the office environment,communication and cooperation atmosphere,whether to work overtime,leading to their recognition degree,leading to their support degree,department personnel quantity,the weather affects mood to work,is voluntary to be engaged in labor,family support is engaged in the job,if again to choose this job,salary satisfaction.Whether the influence factors of depersonalization as:insomnia,sleep time,multiple departments with floor outside the office environment,colleagues communication and cooperation atmosphere,whether to work overtime,leading to their recognition degree,leading to their support degree,department staff number is voluntary,weather affects the mood to work,to do the labor,family support is engaged in the job,if again to choose this job,salary satisfaction.The influencing factors of low sense of achievement are:service radius,monthly income,whether to work overtime or not.[conclusion]1.There are differences in the job burnout situation between the two cities,and the factors affecting the job burnout in the two cities are also different.2.In kunming,83.3%of the respondents had different degrees of burnout,and in changchun,63.8%of the respondents had different degrees of burnout,indicating that the job burnout situation of the immunization program workers in the two cities is not optimistic.3.The main reasons for job burnout among respondents in kunming were whether they were competent for their own work,the degree of support from leaders for their own work,the degree of recognition from leaders for their own work,and whether their families supported their work.Daily transportation to work was the main reason for job burnout among respondents in changchun.
