| China’s public health system is facing unprecedented challenges as a result of the new outbreak of pneumonia in early 2020,and infectious disease hospitals play an extremely important role as an important part of the National Public Health System,infectious Disease Hospital medical staff not only have to treat common infectious disease patients and perform their United States Public Health Service duties,but also face a sudden attack of Emerging Infectious Diseases,including epidemic control,patient admission and treatment,etc.,more and more heavy work tasks,physical and mental pressure is increasing day by day,the special nature of work leads to more and more widespread job burnout.The problem of job burnout is not only directly related to the physical and mental health of medical personnel,but also affects the quality of medical service provided by them,and seriously threatens the life and safety of patients,more and more attention has been paid to the medical staff’s job burnout.How to reduce the job burnout and improve the work efficiency has become an urgent problem to be solved.This paper is divided into 5 parts,the first part is the introduction.To clarify the background and research significance of the article,through reviewing the current status of professional burnout of medical staff at home and abroad,to build the research framework of this article,to confirm the research ideas and tools to take,so as to do a good job for the article.The second part is the definition of the concept and theoretical basis,introducing the relevant theories of job burnout,including the theory of job matching,the theory of demand level and the theory of two-factor(incentive health care factor),to lay the theoretical foundation for the research.The third part is the empirical status quo of occupational burnout of medical staff in Infectious Disease Hospital of L city.By using the methods of questionnaire and interview,this paper analyzes the influencing factors of job burnout from the aspects of demographics variables and Self-worth,it is concluded that gender,marital status,department,title,health status,job satisfaction and so on have a significant impact on three dimensions of job burnout.The fourth part is to carry on the thorough analysis to the reason which affects the medical staff job burnout,through the data which the empirical investigation obtains,has analyzed the medical staff job burnout three dimensions influence factor,this paper analyzes the causes of occupational burnout of medical staff from the aspects of individual,organization and society.The fifth part is to put forward measures to alleviate the job burnout of medical staff.For example,the individual should establish the correct career view,adjust the work state,realize the objective self-evaluation,improve the adaptability,cultivate the sense of responsibility,enhance the sense of ownership and improve the health quality,establish the good health habit;The organization should perfect the reward and punishment mechanism,perfect the examination and evaluation mechanism,strengthen the professional planning and training of medical personnel,improve the self-cognition ability,establish the harmonious hospital culture atmosphere,strengthen the cohesion of staff and strengthen the psychological construction of medical personnel,it is necessary for the society to strengthen the supervision and management of the media,guide the public opinion correctly,establish the social support system,create a safe environment for practice and persist in reform and innovation,and establish the social security system. |
