Objective: To investigate the expression and effect of miR-711in differenthuman gastric cancer cells and tissues, then we explore the clinical value ofapplication preliminarily. Methods: We cultured four human gastric cancer cells of different degree ofdifferentiation:SGC-7901,BGC-823,AGS,MGC-803, and immortalized cells ofnormal gastric mucosa:GES-1. We collected28cases of gastric cancer patientsafter surgery to remove cancerous tissues and normal tissues. Detected express-ion levels of miR-711in gastric cancer cells and tissues by qRT-PCR, thenwe compared the expression levels of difference and analyzed ite correlation ofclinicopathology. Results: Detected expression levels of miR-711by qRT-PCR, it showed thatall human gastric cancer cells’ expression levels of miR-711were less thanexpression levels in the GES-1cells(P<0.05). MiR-711expression in variouscells showed that GES-1cells were more than SGC-7901cells,and SGC-7901cells were more than BGC-823cells, AGS cells,MGC-803cells(P<0.05).MiR-711expression level of BGC-823, AGS, MGC-803gastric cancer cells w-ere no significant difference(P>0.05).Relative to normal tissue, miR-711expre-ssion level was significantly lower in gastric cancer tissues (P <0.05). Its expre-ssion level was significantly related to degree of differentiation, stage, lymphnode metastasis(P <0.05), and unrelated to age, gender, tumor size(P>0.05).Conclusion:MiR-711showed the low-expression in gastric cancer cells andtissues. It may be significantly related to the gastric cancer, because of iteunnormal expression... |
