The Survey Of The Diabet Patients In Qinshan District Of Baotou City And The Community Management Systemof Diabet Disease

Diabetes is a systemic disease caused by a higher than normal levels due to loss of glycemic control, non-infectious chronic metabolic diseases.Its prevalence in China increased year by year. With the development of people’s living standards and the extend of the people’s lifespan, the incidence of diabetes increased rapidly. Diabetes has become one of the most important serious pulic health problems in the world. In this paper, there are some researches about the main factors why people get this disease in one paticular area called Qingshan district in Batou city. The district covers7community public health centers and38public health service stations. All the data in this paper are all come from the health files of261361people in Qinshan district. Therefore,this papper presents the general situation of the diabete patients in this district. By doing researches on their daily life customs and the family case history, the author concludes the main factors causing the diabete in Qinshan district. According to this reachers, the local diabete rate7.7%, which is below the national average rate9.7%in China. But the diabets patients have a strong tendence to appear. Apart from that, diabete also has a strong realationship with the cold climate there. And the high-oil,over-salty,and high-fatty diet habbits are also raise the danger to get the disease. The fast drinking and heavy-smoking babits of the local men also contribute to it. Nowadays, the fast-pacing living style makes people do little exercises, nervous and get over-weighted. These factors all increase the chance to get the disease.Diabete shoulld be treated with medicine, but getting to know and accept the disease is the first important step when to be treat of the high ed for patients.In that case, the local government set the prevention diabets as the major work of the commnity public health center. Based on the equipment and the situation of the patients, the public health center set up a diabet patient management system. There are four steps,which are fist visit, careful diagnose, condition evaluation, and treatment. This management systerm contributs a lot scientific help to the treatment and prevention of the diabet disease.
