Clinical Study Of The Combine Of Acupoint Paste Of Activating Collaterals And Specific Electromagnetic Wave Therapeutic Device On The Treatment Of Lateral Epicondylitis Of Humerus

Objective: The curative effect study of the acupoint paste of activating collaterals addsTDP treats the lateral epicondylitis of humerus.Methods:90cases patients of the lateral epicondylitis of humerus are randomlydivided into three groups, the treatment group, the comparison group1and comparisongroup2. Each group had30patients. the treatment group is treated with the acupoint pasteof activating collaterals adds TDP; the comparison group1is treated with the acupoint pasteof activating collaterals only; the comparison group2is treated with TDP only.Results:Observe the curative effect of the three group when the treatment ends, theimprovement of traditional Chinese medical syndrome, the change of threshold of pain,subjective pain VAS numerical integral and the change of pain degree, the relationshipbetween the curative effect and related factors of treatment group. The total effective rate ofthe treatment group when the treatment ends and after a month follow-up was93.33%,96.67%, compared with90.0%,90.0%for the group1and70%,73.33%for group2,bystatistics comparison there is significant difference among these three groups (p<0.05). Asfor the change of the TCM syndrome integral, pain threshold value contrast, subjective painVAS integral and pain degree, there also exists significant difference between the threegroups before and after treatment. But all this three dgrees that mentioned upon in threeafter-treatment groups have significant difference (p<0.05).Conclusion:After the clinical research on the three treatment groups, we discoveredthat all of these methods are valid, but by comparison,it shows that there is significantdifference among them, for example, the long term curative effect of the treatment group isbetter than the control groups, which can prove that the treatment of loose pain with TDPstick can obviously improve the syndromes, increase the resistance of pain domain andeffectively relieve pain, but without the influence from age, duration and pain degree. So wedraw a conclusion that the treatment of loose pain with TDP is more effective than treatmentonly with loose pain posted or treatment simply with TDP, is one of the effective ways tocure lateral femoral epicondylitis and is worthy to be popularized.
