Harmonious doctor-patient relation of both sides, the requirement to establish doctor-patient mutual subjectivity, this is to guarantee the medical effects, maintaining the patient’s health, but also the important precondition for constructing harmonious society lies in meaning. Economy and raising the level of life transitions, has dramatically changed the people to the health the identity, pursue high quality medical resources and high quality service attitude, and in medical treatment process fully embody medical double put the interests of the subject of equality and constructing new doctor-patient relationship, become the inevitable requirement. In medical treatment process fully highlight doctor-patient mutual subjectivity, become between harmonious doctor-patient relationship in the ultimate goal. This article chooses from the perspective of mutual subjectivity to explore the doctor-patient relationship, the Angle of philosophy is to be contained in medical process of double subject intrinsic connection, through the macro and micro levels caused the current doctor-patient relationship to analyze tense deep roots. Thus revealing both sides in the medical establishment doctor-patient process of mutual subjectivity is harmonious doctor-patient relationship in the inner source and the ultimate goal.To construct a socialist harmonious society, established to meet the health needs of the masses of social medical health system, and constantly palliative doctor-patient, the conflict between the state health development becomes the important topic, also is the focus of the whole society clubhouse. Fully understand the contradiction between the current doctor-patient relationship, in-depth analysis of its internal cause, by using marxist philosophy the viewpoint and methods of constructing the harmonious doctor-patient relationship discussed path, not only has rich theoretical significance, the more concerns every one social members’ vital interests, has the significant practical significance. Scientific development concept proposed "humanist", the development of medical and health services to the fundamental is to "patient" as this, take all the members of the society for the physical and mental health, life for this, the full use of every means to guarantee and maintain the people’s physical and mental health, real interpretation medical career "people-oriented" scientific connotation.This paper mainly three part of mutual subjectivity concept of doctor-patient relationship is discussed. Begin from the Angle of philosophy of subjectivity and mutual subjectivity, and the doctor-patient relationship in the mutual subjectivity is defined, then emphatically analyzes the Marx’s subjectivity and mutual subjectivity thinking, In the second chapter, through to China three decades of medical course combing, clearly recognized the current situation of doctor-patient relationship and the existing contradictions, and the causes of contradictions focusing on the analysis. The third part focus discussed ways of establishing harmonious doctor-patient relationship, from the Angle of scientific theory and the practice of harmonious doctor-patient relation are proposed.In research and creative process, this paper adopts the reference and the method of comparison, from the macro and micro perspective, and combining the actual discussing their work. The author believes both from the policy of the country level, or medical in the process of establishing the doctor-patient trust between, patient, equality and common participation of doctor-patient relationship, fully embodies the interests of the subject of both sides, is the ultimate goal of health care reform, this is a system, the whole society to participate in national career.
