Study On Quality Of Life Of People’s Inlfuencing Factors In The Area Of Yunnan Endemice Sudden Death

【Objectives】To explore social support and quality of life are what therelationship.For further research to provide clues, provide scientificfoundation for effective prevention and intervention to improve thequality life of affected people.【Methods】This study selected HeQing county,ErYuan county of DaLi BaiAutonomous Prefecture and DaYao county of ChuXiong Yi AutonomousPrefecture as the endemic area group. Yongping County, Dali BaiAutonomous Prefecture as the control group according to the geographicalenvironment, habits, economic level and other similar principles.Themethod of investigation is taking home and faceing to face theinvestigating, the survey before the pre-survey, surveying residentsaged are between13-65years of age who are willing to participate in thesurvey.The outcome variables included total score of quality of life,score of physical domain, score of psychological domain, score of socialrelations domain, score of environment domain.The explanatory variablesinclude,gender,age,educationallevel,marriage,religion,occupation,health insurance situation,chronic diseases and social support.Usingdemographic circumstances questionnaire to survey demographiccharacteristics,using WHOQOL-100scale to survey people s quality oflife， using Social Support Scale to survey people s social support.The questionnaires are established a database by EpiData,checkedby Double entry.SPSS11.0analysis software is used general descriptionand analysed impact factors about quality of life and what is therelationship quality of life and social support.【Results】By investigating1377redident,24villages,7towns,4counties in DaLiBai Autonomous Prefecture and ChuXiong Yi Autonomous Prefecture,hand out1510questionnaires,recovered1469questionnaires and1377efficiencyquestionnaires. Recovery and efficiency rate are97.31%and93.74%. Theresults showed that total score of quality of life, score of physicaldomain, score of psychological domain, score of social relations domain,score of environment domain(55.078.62、14.572.98、13.772.95、12.022.03、14.713.23)of the endemic area group are lower than thecontrol group(57.938.21、14.892.87、14.562.67、13.222.01、15.253.01);total score of social support, score of subjective support,score of objective support(40.858.34、9.583.58、23.864.87)of theendemic area group are lower than the control group(41.827.12、10.473.26、24.514.68),but social support utilization scores of theendemic area group(7.412.67) higher than the control group(6.842.56).By multiple linear regression analysis,influencing score of quality of lifes factors are gender,age,educational level,marriage,occupation,healthinsurance situation,chronic diseases,score of social support, score ofsubjective support and score of objective support.It is positivecorrelation score of social support, score of subjective support and scoreof objective support between score of quality of life.【Conclusion】The quality of life and social support of people in the area of YunNanendemice sudden death with uncertain causes are lower than the non-endemicarea’s people.lower social support and lower the quality of life is positive correlations.Other factors that affect the quality of life ofpeople in the area of YunNan endemice sudden death with uncertain causesincludes the education level, chronic illness and health insurance andso on.To this end, it is recommended that the departments provide as muchsocial support and take strengthen measures to control chronic diseaseto improve and enhance quality of life of people in the area of YunNanendemice sudden death with uncertain causes...
