The Clinical Study On The Cream Of Invigorating The Kidney And Removing Stasis With Seretide Treating To Bronchial Asthma

As we know,traditional Chinese medicine (TCM)has its unique advantage in relieving clinical symptoms of lung diseases,which makes TCM gaining more and more importance in terms of prevention and treatment of bronchial asthma.So cream is one of these methods.The aim of this research is to observe clinic curative about Cream of Invigorating the kidney ang Removing stasis with Seretide treating to bronchial asthma.Through the combination of treating bronchial asthma, aimed at observing the curative effect of both collaborative medication.To explore the feasibility of replacing Seretide instead of Chinese medicine in treating to bronchial asthma in remission stage,to achieve long-term controlling asthma and reduce the recurrence side effects, even to find a better therapy of combining hormone and western in treating bronchial asthma.The topic selected50cases in all.The cases were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group had25cases that patients had25g cream twice per day with boiled water blunt. And they took the cream about forty days, at the same time, took the Seretide for three months. After three months, they reduced the dose of the Seretide (such as an acute attack, is not reduction).The control group only took the Seretide therapy drugs in the same way.To observe clinical changes of every types before and after drugs,trimestral, and about4times in total, In the last month, it recorded and calculated all times of acute asthma attacking and colds taking in twelve months.Clinical research showed that in treatment group the total effective rate was96%,whereas the total effective rate was88%in control group.Moreover, it has statistical significant about total effective rate in ACTs,clinical symptoms and acute asthma attack frequency and colds(P<0.05). However, there is had no difference in the pulmonary function (P>0.05)From the investigation and analysis, it indicates that Cream of Invigorating the kidney and Removing stasis with Seretide treating has effective therapeutic effect on the bronchial asthma, since it can help to alleviate of clinical symptom, reduce acute attack and colds, and increase control level.
