| Objective The aim of this research is observing clinic curative about Decoction of TongFuHuoXue with Seretide treating to bronchial asthma. Through the combination of treating bronchial asthma, aimed at observing the curative effect of both collaborative medication in short term.Methods 1. The topic selected 60 cases in all. The cases were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group had 30 cases, who had the Chinese medicine for six months and the Seretide for three months. The control group had the Seretide therapy drugs only as the same with the treatment group. 2. To observe clinical changes of every types before and after drugs. Finally, to check symptoms,signs,pulmonary function and ACTs etc.Results Clinical research showed that in treatment group the total effective rate was 96.67 %; While the total effective rate was 86.67% in control group,there has statistical significant about total effective rate,clinical symptoms,ACTs (P<0.05) in two groups. The pulmonary function had no difference in groupcomparison (P>0.05).Conclusion Investigation hint Decoction of TongFuHuoXue with Seretide treating to The bronchial asthma has fine therapeutic effect. It is superior to Seretide in the alleviating of clinical symptom, pulmonary function and ACTs. |
