Objective:The aim of this study was to determine the correlation between Ischemia Modified Albumin levels and Syndrome of Blood Stasis in Patients with Diabetes and its correlation with other lipid metabolism and sugar index (FBG, HbAlc, TC and TG, LDL-C, hdl-c) and body mass index (BMI), and so on.This study can provide certain objective reference basis for the study of TCM syndrome diabetes; At the same time, this also discusses the crrelation between IMA and type2diabetes complications, especially with vascular complications, explores the effective prevention, cure diabetes complications, providing a new method.Methods: this study included79patients with type2diabetes (including42cases new-onset of patients with diabetes),18cases of the newly diagnosed are pure with type2diabetes.24cases of them are with vascular complications, including11cases with vascular complications, microvascular complications13cases; The other will patients with type2diabetes dialectical points type:blood stasis syndrome group a total of19cases, the blood stasis syndrome of group including23cases. Detect the serum IMA level of diabetes patients. At the same time, record and analyze patients IMA level and gender, age. BMI.sugar lipid metabolism index (FPG, HbAlc, TC and TG, LDL-C, hdl-c) and blood pressure (SBP and DBP).Results:1. Compare Pure DM group with vascular complication, the latter group had high level of FPG HbAlc, TC, LDL-C and IMA, the difference was statistically significant (P=0.045; P=0.012; P=0.015; P=0.003﹤0.05; P=0.007﹤0.01);The IMA level between macroangiopathy and microangiopathy group has not seen obvious difference (P=0.363﹥0.05). Compared with pure DM patients, the group of patients with peripheral neuropathy showed higher level of serum IMA (p=0.003﹤0.01)2.Compared blood stasis syndrome group, blood stasis syndrome has higher level of FPG HbAlc and IMA, and reach statistical significance (p=0.015; p=0.018﹤0.05; p=0.01). Between the two groups, gender, age, BMI, DBP SBP, TC and TG LDL-C, HDL-C and other factors showed no statistically significant difference, suggest that every syndrome type can rule out the impact of gender, blood pressure and other confounding factors to the statistical results.3. Pearson correlation analysis:in groups as:primary2-DM patients group, vascular complications of diabetes and blood stasis syndrome diabetes group,serum IMA level and FPG, HbAlc positively related (r=0.471, P=0.002﹤0.01; r=0.413, P=0.007﹤0.01; r=0.486, P=0.019﹤0.05; r=440, P=0.035﹤0.05; r=0.834, P=0.000﹤0.01; r=0.708, P=0.001﹤0.01)4. Stepwise regression analysis:in group of primary2-DM patients, age、HbAlc have significant effects on IMA level.(P=0.039, P=0.043are﹤0.05); In patients with vascular complications, age on IMA have significant influence (p﹤0.01); In blood stasis syndrome patients of type2diabetes, FPG have significant influence to serum IMA level (p﹤0.001).Conclusions:The higher IMA level of Type2diabetes patients with vascular complications was related with hyperglycaemia and glucose control.IMA may be the new index of monitoring diabetes vascular lesions progress and treatment.IMA level of peripheral neuropathy patients was higher than pure diabetes patients,its imbecility and pathological progress was closely related with ischemia and hypoxia caused by hyperglycaemia.Serum IMA level of blood stasis syndrome with Type2diabetes patients was significantly higher than that of patients without blood stasis syndrome, and FPG has a significant influence on IMA. Tip that serum IMA may be one of the pathological essence of blood stasis resistance network card, can be used as a objective indicators of blood stasis syndrome. |
