Correlative Study Between Constitution Type In TCM Of Vitiligo And Pathogenic Factors,TCM Syndrome Differentiation

Objective: To explore the factors of TCM Constitution Types in patients with vitiligo and associated syndromes, for the treatment of vitiligo, improve the quality of life of patients, to explore better methods of prevention measures and treatment.Method: Choice during May and December 2015, in the dermatology clinic of the Affiliated Hospital of ShanDong University of traditional Chinese medicine in patients with vitiligo in 175 cases, through the form of questionnaire collected original data, using SPSS17.0 statistical software for the data analysis.Result:(1)TCM Constitution: 43 cases of qi deficiency(24.57%), 35 cases of Yang deficiency constitution(20.00%), 24 cases of qi stagnation constitution(13.71%), 24 cases of dampness heat(13.71%), phlegm dampness constitution was 15 cases(8.57%), 13 cases of yin deficiency(7.43%), flat and quality in 8 cases(4.57%), 9 cases of blood stasis(5.14%), 4 cases of special intrinsic quality(2.29%).(2)The cause of the disease: 65 cases of patients caused by psychological factors(37.14%), trauma caused in 30 cases(17.14%), 20 cases of familial inheritance(11.43%), 16 cases were caused by exposure to sunlight(9.14%), 5 patients with immune system diseases(2.86%), 2 cases of drug initiation(1.14%), 11 cases of infection were 26 cases(6.29%), other unknown causes(14.86%).(3)TCM syndrome differentiation: Liver and kidney deficiency syndrome 91 cases(52.00%), 28 cases of rheumatic heat syndrome(16.00%), Liver qi stagnation syndrome 40 cases(22.86%),16 cases of blood stasis syndrome(9.14%).Conclusion:(1)Patients with vitiligo constitution type of qi deficiency, Yang deficiency of the main, clinical syndrome differentiation should increase Qi Yang two syndrome as a separate type of syndrome.(2)The pathogenesis of vitiligo has not been fully elucidated, but closely related to mental factors.(3)TCM syndrome type of vitiligo with deficiency of liver and kidney, followed by liver qi stagnation syndrome.(4)Patients with vitiligo of TCM constitution type and pathogenic factors has certain correlation: flat and constitution, Yang deficiency constitution, phlegm dampness constitution, damp heat constitution, qi stagnation who in association with the spirit of the factors, and more trauma related to Qi deficiency, blood stasis constitution, yin deficiency multi and genetic factors.(5)The types of TCM Constitution of patients with vitiligo have a certain relationship with TCM syndrome differentiation: Gentleness associated with stagnation of liver qi, Deficiency of Qi and deficiency of liver and kidney related to Yang deficiency, Yin deficiency and liver kidney yin deficiency related, Phlegm dampness and dampness heat associated with rheumatic syndrome, Blood stasis associated with blood stasis, Qi stagnation associated with stagnation of liver qi.
