This study is to sum up the experience of the research group symbol to the people, the treatment of migraine, based on the inheritance of collateral disease theory, the basis of Chinese medicine and western medicine of Tongluozhitong West than spiritual control the clinical observation.Objective:The efficacy on Migraine treated with removing obstruction in collaterals for relieving pain following traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:The test followed randomized、single-blind.120cases with migraine were randomized into two groups.The patient of the treatment group were administered with the herbal medicine following removing obstruction in collaterals for relieving pain.The patients of the control group were administered with the Flunarizine Hydrochloride Pills. Evaluation indicators included the number of headache attacks, the duration, the extent, TCM-like (the main disease, sub-disease) in12hours, the3rd day, the7th day and the14th day.The patients and the main doctor evaluate and get scores. Statistieal Methods:SPSS statistical software analysis, all statistical tests were used both tests, P values less than or equal to0.05by the test will be considered statistically significant difference.Result:1^The efficacy of Migraine.The total effective of the treatment group was88.33%, the total effective rate of the control group was63.33%, the efficacy of the treatment group was superior to that of the control group(P<0.05).The efficacy to relieving pain of Migraine means the same in12hours、the3rd day、the7th day and the14th day.The control group in relieving pain in30th day did better than the group in Flunarizine Hydrochloride Pills(P<0.01).2、There were no significant adversary reactions in Patients during the test process. The two methods were both safty.Conclusion:As to relieving pain, there was no differences in the group treatment with traditional medicine and the group in Flunarizine Hydrochloride pills immidiatly. This two methods were both safety and effective, there were no Significant adversary reactions in patients during the test process, while the group take traditional medicine have the advantage in long term. At the same time, the safety of Chinese medicine to cure the disease is sure.
