Retrospective Investigation On HCC And The Clinical Observation On Kang Ai Fang Combined With TACE Treatment Of HCC

Objective In this study,141 cases of primary liver cancer were retrospectively investigated,further clarify its etiology and distribution of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome.Choice for the diagnosis of patients with HCC, Observed the differences of both groups of the syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine,liver function,AFP and CT tumor review after3 months treatment of Kang Ai Fang combined with TACE,and used statistical software to analyze these differences.To observe Kang Ai Fang' s important impact on effects in the near future,quality of life and the on survival with HCC.Methods Clinical research(1):By the way of retrospective study,141 cases in our hospital was diagnosed as HCC and an analysis of it' s TCM syndrome and cause.Provided clinical evidence for the treatments of HCC.Clinical research(2):By the way of prospective controlled study,we chosed 64 patients who were diagnosed as Qi Deficiency and Blood Stasis,divided into 2 groups, 32 for each group.The therapeutic groups:On the base of therapy of TACE, we treated the patients with Kang Ai Fang,twice a day.Control group:that is,a simple TACE treatment.Observed changes of two groups of short-term efficacy,1-year survival rates,tumor recurrence rate of the first year,and alpha-fetoprotein before and after treatment.Results Clinical research(1):With a retrospective survey on 141 cases of HCC patients,HBV infection accounted for 77.3%,Cirrhosis caused by a variety of reasons accounted for 80.8%.Through the survey found that most of patients belonged to Qi deficiency and blood stasis,as high as 80.9%,while the other card-type less than 19%of the total.Clinical research(2):Three months after treatment,Two groups after treatment,the total effective rates were 65.63% (21/32),90.6%(29/32).The initial tumor recurrence rates were 34.38%(13/32), 9.4%(3/32).Compared with pre-treatment,alpha-fetoprotein levels was lower, and the KPS scores were improved in varying degrees.The total effective rate between the two groups,1-year survival rate,the initial rate of tumor recurrence,alpha-fetoprotein levels and KPS scores after treatment were statistically significant different.Conclusion HCC with high mortality,and is one of the common malignant tumors. Viral hepatitis infection and cirrhosis caused by a variety of reasons is the major HCC risk factors.Its permit to qi deficiency and blood stasis type as the most.Kang Ai Fang combined TACE treatment can significantly improve the survival of patients with HCC.The effect its combined TACE treated liver cancer is better than a simple TACE treatment.This is a positive effect,safe and reliable,with the promotion of the value of traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment,and long-term effect remains to be seen.
