The Study Of Relativity Between Material Basis And Efficacy Of Muxiang’s "Xin Neng Xing Qi"

Objective:to find the relativity between material basis and efficacy of Muxiang’s "xin neng xing qi". to study the effect of Muxiang on isolated intestinal smooth muscle of guinea pig, to study the effect of Muxiang on gastric emptying and intestinal propulsion of mice, to study the effect of Yunmuxiang on rats of Weishihan model; and to study the components absorbed into blood of volatile oil and decoction.Methods:Using experimental system of BL-420F biological function, to observe the effect of Muxiang on isolated intestinal smooth muscle of guinea pig;using modified determination of content of phenol red to observe the effect of Muxiang on gastric emptying and intestinal propulsion of mice; To observe the Effect of Muxiang on rats of the Weishihan-model,witch made by a method of ice water-fed and ice water-immersing;High performance liquid chromatographic analysis method had been used to compare the differences in chromatograms, they were blank serum and pastille serum and components of volatile oil and decoction given to rabbits. Results:essential oil of Muxiang could significantly reduce verage amplitude of the normal isolated intestinal smooth muscle of guinea pig, Low dose of water extract could increase the average amplitude of normal isolated intestinal smooth muscle of guinea pig:Muxiang could significantly reduce average amplitude of isolated intestinal smooth muscle of guinea pig of Spastic state caused by acetylcholine.Volatile oil of Muxiang could significant decrease gastric emptying rate of phenol red of normal mice, essential oil could significant Improve gastric emptying rate of phenol red in the state of inhibition caused by atropine, Volatile oil could significant decrease gastric emptying rate of phenol red in the state of hyperthyroidism caused by neostigmine.Ethyl acetate extract of Water extract and dichloromethane extract of water extract of Muxiang could significantly Improve gastric emptying rate of phenol red of rats with Weishihan-model; volatile oil could significantly reduce the cGMP of plamsa of rats with Weishihan-model, ethyl acetate extract of water extract and dichloromethane extract of water extract could significantly improve the cAMP/cGMP of plamsa of rats with Weishihan-model. there were most components absorbed into blood in one hour after volatile oil and decoction given to rabbits, there were four components absorbed into blood after volatile oil given to rabbits, there was one component absorbed into blood after decoction given to rabbits.Conclusion:Essential oil of Muxiang could accommodate isolated intestinal smooth muscle of guinea pig,improve gastric emptying and intestinal propulsion of mice,and cure weishihan of rats, there were four components absorbed into blood after volatile oil given to rabbits.so, Essential oil is material basis of Muxiang’s "xin neng xing qi"...
