The Clinical Observation Of Yishen Tiaojing Decoction Treating Hypomenorrhea (Clinical Observation Of Kidney Deficiency Type)

Objective A study of traditional Chinese medicine for menstruation (blood stasis type) knowledge of etiology and pathogenesis and modern western medicine on the understanding of the pathogenesis, observe the Yishen Tiaojing Decoction in the treatment of menstruation (blood stasis type) clinical efficacy and to explore its possible mechanism of action.Method This study collected case, using a randomized controlled design method, the first hospital of Hunan University of Chinese Medicine outpatient, acquisition time:20HMarch2011December, consistent with the observed conditions in60cases of scanty menstruation (patients with kidney deficiency type), all subjects must be in strict accordance with the diagnostic criteria, inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria for screening, will be patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with30cases in each group. Two groups of patients age, course of disease and the severity of the statistical significant difference. The treatment group to kidney and regulating menstruation decoction, and control group received Dingkun Dan, the menses first day begins to take, even served14days,3months of a course of treatment. The two groups were observed before and after treatment in patients with menstrual volume, clinical symptom score, endometrial thickness changes and medication has no adverse reaction, statistical analysis was performed to evaluate tutor experience of the clinical efficacy and safety of.Results In two groups before treatment clinical symptom score, menstruation, endometrial thickness, two groups had no significant difference (P>0.05), comparable to. After treatment in the two groups before and after treatment can improve the index, differences are statistically significant (P<0.01). After treatment in group two patients symptom scores were significantly lower, compared with before treatment differences were statistically significant (P<0.01). Two groups of patients after treatment, the treatment group total effectiveness93.33%,76.67%more than that of control group, statistically difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). In two groups after the treatment, the clinical symptom score, menstrual volume compared with statistical significance (P<0.05), endometrial thickness is no difference (P>0.05). The results showed that the two groups were able to improve the patients’ clinical symptoms and menstrual volume, the treatment group was superior to control group, two groups were increased in patients with endometrial thickness, but no difference between the two groups.Conclusion Effect of Bushen Yijing, Yangxue tiaogan, and promoting blood circulation in treating hypomenorrhea is the effective method of treatment, kidney and regulating menstruation decoction can improve clinical symptoms of menstrual flow, achieve the goal of treatment, curative effect is better than that of Dingkun Dan, can increase the thickness of the endometrium, efficacy and Dingkun Dan no difference.
