Clinical Observation Of The Scraping Treatment Of Facial Paralysis

Clinical observation of the scraping treatment of facial paralysisObjective:To observe the clinical efficacy of skin scraping therapy for facial paralysis, and to find objective proof for skin scraping therapy for facial paralysis.Methods:60cases of facial paralysis patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group,30cases each.The treatment group applies basic treatment and skin scrapping therapy; The control group applies basic treatment and acupuncture therapy. Both treat one time a day,10times count a course of treatment. Both group take2course of treatment. In two groups in treatment all patients before and after using SFGS rating system for facial symmetry score, and curative effect evaluation, and then the statistics analysis.Results:1. The static symmetry SFGS score of both group decline obviously after treatment, and the differences are with statistical significance (P<0.05), there is no statistical difference between the treatment group and control group (P>0.05).2. The dynamic symmetry SFGS score of both group increases obviously after treatment, and the differences are with statistical significance (P<0.05), The treatment group than the control group more, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).3. Effective percentage of each group is93.30%and80.0%separately. the treatment group than the control group is high, but there is no statistical difference between them. Well-healed and effective rate of the treatment group is76.7%,which is obviously higher than the control group’s53.3%. There is statistical difference between them (P<0.05)Conclusions:Skin scrapping and acupuncture are all effective promote facial paralysis patients facial muscles function recovery, improve the facial static and dynamic symmetry, curative effect is distinct, And it’s operational, painless, acceptable, safe, economical and has good prospect of promotion.
