The second-degree burn skin of mouse was considered as animal model. the optical coherence tomography (OCT) and skin monitoring instrument were used to monitor the process of the second-degree burn and its renovation. OCT is an effective technique to obtain the structure and optical parameter of tissue. The outcome of the study could provide the theory basis for the burn on the clinical, and then, it could uncover the mechanism of the treatment of II degree burn skin by CO2laser.The paper was component of the four parts as follows:Firstly, the development course of second-degree burn, including the history and actuality.. The current problem which exists in the monitor and the treatment was pointed out and the significance of this dissertation was pointed out. The research contents of the paper were summarized.Secondly, based on the skin structure, the second-degree burn was described, the mechanism that laser irradiate the second-degree was discussed. The characteristics and feasibility of the apparatus using in the experiment was analyzed in brief.Thirdly, the model of second-degree burn was made. The second-degree burn of mouse skin was monitored by OCT,biopsy.and the structure of skin was observed and the trend of optical parameters were analyzed. Finally, the mouse skin was irradiated by CO2laser. The recovery process was observed by OCT and skin monitoring instrument. the structure of skin was observed and the trend of optical parameters were analyzed. Some experimental results and the measurement methods are useful to improve the means of monitoring Ⅱ degree burns and to cure the II degree burns...
