Objective: To study the Xinjiang, region of pediatric urinary tract stone formation, toanalyze the stone composition, and all kinds of stone with gender, age, living environment,stone location, nationality relationship. Provide the basis for the clinical prevention,treatment. Methods: Qualitative analysis260samples of urinary calculi by infraredspectroscopy, determination of the composition of calculi combined with the clinical dataanalysis. Results: Found that stone incidence more men than women, The ratio is1.63:1,upper urinary tract calculi than the lower urinary tract stones, The ratio is7.96:1, higherthan the southern border in North Xinjiang, The ratio is4.10:1, the Uighur significantlyhigher than the Han, ohe ratio is4.78:1, this group of stones, pure calcium oxalate stonesaccounted for17.3%,pure urate stones accounted for24.5%, pure calcium bicarbonatestones, accounted for5.7%,calcium oxalate+urate stones accounted for33.0%, Calciumoxalate+urate stones accounted for11.5%, t apatite and magnesium ammonium phosphatestones accounted for8.0%, Pure uric stones and calcium oxalate stone+uric stoneshigher than the domestic reports, no significant difference between urban and rural areas.Pure uric acid stones, calcium oxalate and uric acid stones less than7years of age ishigher than that of8-14age.Pure calcium oxalate stones, calcium oxalate and apatite andapatite and magnesium ammonium phosphate stones is less than the7-year-old age grouplower than the8-14age group, the two age groups of the calcium bicarbonate stones isSimilar equal. Conclusion:1. This group of simple stones of calcium oxalate and uratestones, urinary tract above the lower urinary tract, And calcium bicarbonate stones belowthe lower urinary tract, the upper and lower urinary tract of mixed stones is no different.2. Uric acid stones and calcium oxalate and urate stones share of the calculus of total ishigher than that reported in domestic and foreign literatures.There is a certain referencevalue for the regional treatment and prevention of urinary stone.3. In less than7years old, pure uric acid stones, calcium oxalate and urate calculi is higher incidence.4. Uygur wassignificantly higher than that of Han nationality.
