Objective:Understand MoYuXian hotan region of xinjiang Uighur middle-aged andelderly people three years at the risk of common diseases change status, distributioncharacteristics and the related factors, to better hotan region of the Uighur in old peoplehave common chronic disease to intervene.Methods: In June2007and October2010twotimes respectively to hotan region of xinjiang MoYuXian quartile age55ethnic Uighurpopulation of questionnaire survey, medical examination, extraction methods such asbiochemical blood common chronic disease prevalence condition investigation.Results:InJune2007,796people were surveyed. High blood pressure, diabetes mellitus, and talltriglyceride disease,total cholesterol disease, mild cognitive impairment prevalence ratewere58.8%,15.1%,39.6%,33%,6.2%. The standardized prevalence rate of:36.5%、2.18%、15.20%、9.78%、1.04%.In October2010,901men were surveyed.High bloodpressure, diabetes mellitus, and tall triglyceride disease,total cholesterol disease, mildcognitive impairment prevalence rate were prevalence rate were54.8%,14.7%,36.4%,27.4%,24.9%. The standardized prevalence rate of:34.2%、2.15%、13.97%、8.13%、3.99%. The five kinds of chronic diseases to high blood pressure, diabetes and high ratesof disease acylation glycerin men were lower than that of the female, Two years of surveyresults show different between the ages of high blood pressure, high TG hematic disease,the prevalence of MCI difference was statistically significan(tP<0.05). In2007and2010,the average weight index showed different between high blood pressure, diabetes mellitus,and high TG hematic disease, high cholesterol and the prevalence of MCI are statisticallysignificant difference(sP<0.05).Conclusion:Xinjiang is equal or greater than55years ofhotan region of uighurs in old people three years from high blood pressure, tall triglyceride,total cholesterol in the prevalence of slightly down trend,The prevalence basichad not changed of diabetes mellitus.Mild cognitive impairment prevalence rate Is slightlyincrease trend.We should be aimed at the different characteristics of different people takedifferent chronic disease intervention measures.
