Objective:To study the clinical characteristics analysis of Bilateral Primary BreastCancer(BPBC).Method:Retrospective analysis were carried out clinical date of42casespatients with BPBC and80cases patients with UBC who were treated in xinjiang MedicalUniversity Cancer Institute and Hospital from January2001to January2011.To Compareboth in the clinical history, clinical pathology material characteristics, and combiningdomestic and foreign literature on BPBC incidence, etiology and risk factors, diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of the standard way are analyzed and discussed.Result:.1.Singlefactor analyses:younger than40age when having the first cancer(52.4%), younger than12age menarche(28.5%),breast cancer family history(14.3%) and premenopause(73.8%)were more frequent in BPBC patients than in UBC patients(P <0.05).Theindependent risk factors determined by multivariate analysis: younger than40age whenhaving the first cancer,younger than12age menarche,breast cancer family history(P<0.05,OR>1).The patients with positive PR were a protective factor for BPBC(P <0.05,OR<1).2.The patients with positive ER and negative PR or negative ER and positive PRof the second side tumor hormone receptor(37.9%) were more frequent in sBPBCpatients than in mBPBC patient(sP <0.05).Conclusion:There are differences in biologicalcharacteristics between BPBC and UBC.The breast cancer patients with the characteristics.One should pay attention to the occurrence of unilateral breast cancer, especially toyounger than40age when having the first cancer,younger than12age menarche,breastcancer family history and the patients with negative ER and negative PR should activelyfollow-up to the early detection occurrence of contralateral breast cancer and early takecomprehensive treatment.
